New Tiered Stand

I've been looking for a small tiered stand for some time.
I really like the PB three tiered one, but it was too big.
I needed a small one to use on my hutch, or under the cabinet, and I finally found this one online at Sur La Table
I'll probably use it as a coffee and tea station...but, first I wanted to play with it for a while.

Here it is on the kitchen table.

I dragged out faux greenery, several size votives and a whole lotta seashells.

I have candles on both tiers, but I'd probably use LED votives if I ever used the stand for a centerpiece...or just use the votives on the top section.

A mix of things...shells, faux sedum and green balls. I can't decide if the green balls are supposed to be moss or boxwood.

Between the green ball and the shell, you can see where I filled the bottom of the trays with crushed shell pieces.

After I finished taking pics, I discovered I had a huge mess!
The Autumn fern fronds, that I set on the table, started releasing their spores, and they were all over the table and runner.
I didn't notice they were shedding when I moved them from the entry table, and it was a mess, too.
I've cut the fronds before to use in the house, but this is the first time they've done this. I don't think I'll cut any more for indoor use.

I'll leave the stand here for now...minus the runner, which I had to wash.
We actually had sun all day today.  Yay!
Hope y'all are having a good week.

Hugs,
Babs

I had to vacuum up my delphiniums the other day. They let go all over my table- what a mess!

  11. What a buzz kill that shedding must have been!!! I've had that happen to me before. I don't know why it chooses certain times to do that. Weird!

Love the tiered stand! You can use it for tons of things in the future!!!!

    Adorable tiered stand, dear friend!!!
Lovely varying hues of green blended with the shells, simply stunning!
Even though it's Summer and the temperatures are warmer, I still enjoy candles burning in the house!

I have brought ferns in and never had that problem. Maybe it's the time of year. I have only brought them in the Spring. Thanks for sharing with SYC.
