Eeeek!

I have mice!  Call the exterminator!

I found these cute mice silhouette templates on Martha Stewart's site.
Wouldn't these be fun to put in your entry way if you're having a party?

Paper Mice Decorations

Aren't they cute, scurrying up the steps in this photo from her web site?
Here's Martha Stewart's Link if you'd like to make some.

This is a thrifty and fun Halloween project.
All you need is black construction paper, scissors, and some tape to stick the mice to the wall or stairs. The template is printable on Martha's website.

Actually, because I was in a hurry to do the post, I just printed the templates...the mice print in black, so I just cut them out, and touched up the edges with a black marker.

Oh, no! There's one on the hutch...

...and two more on my laptop!

I opened the door to get more light to photograph in the entry, and someone else was interested in the mice.

Guess I won't have to call the exterminator after all. :)

                    Happy Halloween!

I'm scurring over to  The Thrifty Groove for
Thrifty Things Friday,
The Tablescaper for Seasonal Sundays.
 See you there.

  7. Leave it to Martha Stewart to come up with something like that. She is really so creative. I love how you used them all over your house. I think pest control services are on overload this month! Ha!

  8. Very cute! They're definitely the cutest mice I've seen- mostly because they're paper!

  9. Not a mouse lover, but I love the expression on the cat's face. Trained on the mouse and just moments away from a pounce. How do cats who have never seen a mouse know to go after them?

  25. Those are BEYOND scary to me. My daughter had mice in her last NY apt. I tried to remind her how she liked them in the "Cinderella" movie as a child.
