I was at my local store yesterday and I noticed they are selling a new Limoncello cream which I nearly bought to take on a picnic this weekend. I think they must have seen your recipe as inspiration. Anyway I'm glad I didn't buy their version as homemade is always better. I'll give this a try this week. I would also like you to do a post on a great potato salad recipe too please!

I know your counter says there are 24 more days 'til summer, but it sure feels like we're already smack dab in the middle of it, doesn't it? Whew! I'm looking out from our hotel room window, and I can just see the sizzle!!! NOT looking forward to going out there this afternoon!!! Your fruit salad looks beautiful, Babs, and the table you have set it on fits right in with summer's beauty. We fly our American flag all year long. I just bought a replacement yesterday since the one up now is just a bit tattered and torn from the winter winds. It'll be going up as soon as we drive up tonight! Enjoy your holiday!!!
