Welcome to my first post.

I'm glad y'all are here.

I finally got the door basket finished.  I had taken down the Christmas wreath and the door has been bare since January. It seems like Spring is almost here now that the basket of tulips is on the door.

Thanks so much to Debbie at Confessions of a Plate Addict. Without her kindness and encouragement, my  thoughts of starting a blog would  have been just that.... thoughts.

Hi Babs...I found you through Debbie's blog. I'm a new blogger as well and wanted to welcome you to the wonderful world of Bloggers! I had NO idea these people even existed until about a month ago. I was googling "painted kitchen cabinets" and up came Centsational Girl. I have been hooked ever since but I have to admit that CG is no longer 1st on my list. I have met so many talented ladies. It's been good for me because I had a lot of free time on my hands even though I work full time. Your first post is great...mine didn't even have a picture because I didn't have a camera yet. Have fun and enjoy...~Ann

Welcome...I adore that door basket. It looks so real and has such movement. I will aspire to copy it if and when spring comes to New England...more snow tonight...sigh...

I am looking forward to exploring your house and getting to know you!
