...I set a simple, coastal-inspired table for us...
...using my trusty ol' Blue Willow and a few shells and starfish...
... blue and white stripe napkins and my everyday flatware...
...mixed with blue floral napkins and round woven place mats.
I grabbed a bowl of Georgia peaches for the centerpiece...
...and added a little shabby blue carrier I found at GW, to hold mini cinnamon buns from the grocery store.
Of course, I added a starfish to brighten the table. I didn't have time to drag out a tablecloth.
Hurry and eat your cereal...we're off to the beach...
...in my dreams...(sigh).
I can't go to the beach, but I'm happy to be joining

Oh wow! I love the blue and white dishes and all the yummy food! Your coastal table is srunning, such great elements you've used for it. The stars are adorable too!! Thanks for your wonderful and kind visit.
Love,

It's beautifully beachy. Somehow, you made a coastal themed breakfast look a little formal and elegant. It looks like what you might get at a quaint B& B on Jekyll or St. Simons. Love it.
Love the coastal touches, Babs! Great job!
Very pretty Babs! I love blue and white!! Those cinnamon buns look really good!!!
Cute table and wish I could go to the beach, too.
Babs, love the Blue Willow gone Coastal. Olive
How pretty is that, Babs! Love the Blue Willow...and that carrier...cute! I've almost given up on our GW. Maybe I should go back! Happy week!...hugs...Debbie
I think you set a beautiful table for being in such a rush! Ha! I love cereal for breakfast. Your blue and white dishes look so pretty paired with the straw chargers too.
Babs, this is charming. I think I may go downstairs and fix myself a bowl of cereal with a Texas peach. LOL
Your dishes with the coastal theme are perfection.
Your table setting is beautiful, Babs. Love the coastal feel.
Wish I could go to the beach too!
If you're going to the beach after eating your cereal and rolls, you'd better wait 2 hours before jumping in the ocean!!!! You can while away the 2 hours enjoying the beautiful table you created!!! I think it looks fantastic without a tablecloth!!!!!!
Babs~ I'd love to have breakfast with starfish & Georgia peaches! I think I'll only be beach bound in my dreams too this summer :)
I love your quick coastal table, Babs! Beautiful!
I love your beachie themed table! We can't all go to the beach, but you've taken me along for some inspiration. I really like your GW catch-all. My GW never seems to have any fun stuff!!
What a darling table. I love the mixed napkins and your dishes and the coastal accents. Gorgeous.. have a great week, xo marlis
Oh, that beach is so beautiful and I can smell the cinnamon buns and especially those peaches! Such a pretty table. Blue and white is always lovely. Linda
Blue Willow is my favorite pattern! Very pretty table.
Hi, Babs. This is my kind of table--not too fussy, but pretty and crisp and beachy and inviting. I really like your flatware, and it's perfect with the setting. Interesting how shells or starfish can change the tone of a 'scape, isn't it? Love it! ~Zuni
I couldn't possibly go to the beach...I'll have eaten way too many of the mini-cinni rolls....no way I'm putting on a swimming suit. I love fresh peaches....a great centerpiece and a delicious treat. Thanks for inviting us for a peak. Cherry Kay
Love your little beachy table. I always enjoy your Blue Willow dishes. Your touch of beach are perfect on the table.
Love your quick coastal breakfast setting! And the buns look good too!
Thanks so much for linking to Let's Dish! I will think of you later when I walk down to the beach! :)
It looks absolutely charming & tastefully "beachy." I'm drooling over that beautiful bowl of Georgia peaches -- sorry, that's so impolite, but I've never had one & they look delish! No beach for us either unless we drive 7 hours....lol!

I'd love to be at the beach as well...your Georgia peaches look great! Your beach accessories are so pretty and the cute wooden GW basket is perfect for your mini's. Thanks for sharing and I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Hi Babs....love the beachy themed table...blue and white is always a favorite.....and what about those Georgia peaches....boy do they look good...But I have to say I'm partial to SC peaches.....does that make me a bad Georgian?
Oh what a pretty coastal tablesetting! Love the blue and white transferware and the cute, beachy carrier holding the cinnamon buns...what a charming way to serve them:)I like how you placed the starfish and shells in each place setting. Thanks for sharing breakfast with us and for visiting me. I appreciate it!Have a lovely weekend!Hugs,Poppy
Makes me want to go to the beach, I might have to settle for a river sand bar. Have a great day. Richard from My Old Historic House.
What a cute breakfast table! Just the right amount of beach! Your flatware is so pretty, and I love the bowl of peaches and nicely displayed mini rolls! I can only dream about the beach, too.
Your table doesn't look rushed at all. In my eyes it's a delight and I would have loved to find it ready for me.
