Blogger Brunch

Hi, everyone.
On Sunday, Debbie from Confessions of a Plate Addict invited me to attend a blogger brunch with her. Yay!
It was hosted by Queen of Hearts Antiques and Interiors, in Alpharetta, GA ~ one of my favorite places to shop.

It was so much fun ~ great food, getting to meet Atlanta area bloggers, and lots of time to shop before the store opened for the day.
Here are some photos I took while shopping.

Love the apple green color ~

Cute sheep head and pillows ~

A mossy garden apron with seed packets for pockets ~

So many pretty things ~

Love the color of this lamp ~

Eiffel Tower bottle openers and a chicken wire string holder ~

Pretty Spring vignette ~

A fun cow sign makes me smile ~

Nice clock and horse lamp ~

It was really hard to decide what to buy...there were so many things I wanted to take home.

The brunch was delicious.

We had cheese grits, little quiche and sandwiches, muffins, and a beautiful crystal bowl of  fresh fruit.
Also, orange or grapefruit juice, to which we could add champagne if we liked. :)

Each blogger was given a generous goodie bag with our initial tied to it, and gift certificates for purchases.
We were treated like Queens!

Thanks so much to all the ladies at Queen of Hearts Antiques and Interiors, who hosted an amazing Blogger Brunch!
Hugs,
Babs

I go to the Queen of Hearts in Buford, and love it! I'd like to venture to the other two locations, but haven't had the opportunity yet. Hopefully, soon. Such beautiful goodies. Sounds like so much fun. Thanks for sharing.

How does one get on the invitation list?? I'm a blogger from Marietta and would love to meet local bloggers!! I'm down the street from the Queen of Hearts of Marietta!

I don't know what sounds better: Browsing through that store or doing so with other bloggers. What a wonderful idea.

I'm going to key that shop into the GPS the next time I'm in the Atlanta area so I can visit it.

Wow...what a cool event!!! I have never seen anything quite like that done around here. The food and the goodie bags are SUCH a wonderful and gracious touch! Kansas City needs to step it up! :-)

I would kill or die for that cool moss apron! It is the b-o-m-b!!! I am going to have to try to make one for one of my dress forms in my dressing room! I hate to admit it, but I actually like the sheep's head, too! What a cool shop! Glad you and Debbie had such a great time!!!

I wanted to be YOU, Babs!

Such great items! I love that little horse lamp. Looks like a great shop.

Just bought something from an oline shop in Georgia in a small town -- Deluth?

The shop is called Peace, Love and Decorating. Have you heard of it? Lots of great items and very fair pricing I thought.

You will have to check it out if you are ever near there!

Thanks for sharing this day with us, Babs.
