Let's Go Shopping...Part One

Yesterday, I stopped by Queen of Hearts Antiques and Interiors and did a little browsing. I really wasn't looking for anything in particular. You know how it is...maybe something will jump out and say, "Take me home"!
Here are some of the cool things I saw.

Need a fun little chest with a French theme?

How about a big bull's head, or a sheep or a pig?
I like the rustic light fixture.

The tag on this thing said it was a radiator register...or something. It's only about a foot long...it's small. Love that green color!

Here's the back side.  Have y'all seen one of these before? Is it French?

This is neat...a big fish made from license plates.
This store carries a lot of cool re-purposed items.

House and sea? How's my French?

From French to futon. This was really bright orange!

A vanity bench for tartan lovers.

Fun light fixture.

Grain sack kitchen towels. This was my favorite. :)

Summery blue plates...

...I really liked this one, but there was only one, and I'm trying to break myself of buying single plates. I never seem to find any to match them.

Painting of a rusty old truck.

Chippy table..love the colors.

There's always something fun here.

I'll show you more in part two, plus some fun things they had for  the 4th of July.
Hugs,
Babs

Was this the one located in Buford? I love going shopping at Queen of Hearts. Such a fun place. There is always something new. I liked that kitchen towel. I have one with a different saying on it that looks just like that. I like that saying better though.

Lots of great stuff in there. That kitchen thing made me chuckle. And what a paint job on that dresser, wow! Take care - Dawn

That looks like a fun place! That rustic chandelier made me think of a bee skep. That grain sack towel is cute! The blue crap plate reminded me of the ones I bought and should use!

I have been through the Queen of Hearts when it opened on Sandy Plains and don't dare go back in for fear of walking out with a trunk full!!

Babs,
What a fun place to browse!!!
Love the fish made from license plates, dear friend!!!
My grandparents had a radiator like that one in their bathroom. The registers were declared "unsafe" due to the open flame and fumes!
Now about that ONE plate. . .guess what I bought yesterday at my favorite Antique/Flea Market???
Fondly,
Pat

Babs,
I was in there today!! They were chock full of goodies, but I was good and didn't buy a thing. I did get an idea that I plan to do real soon though! Such a fun store!
