New Fall Lampshade

For a while now, I've been looking for a new lampshade for my alabaster lamp. And today, I found one that's just the right color, right size...and right price.

I really like the warm glow that the burlap shade gives.

I've added a few more things...

...a Fall basket, and a leaf dish...

...and even...

...an acorn finial on the lamp!  Ta Da!
New lamp shade, old acorn finial...

...and, I'm working on a wreath for the front door...I'm on a roll!
Hope y'all have a great weekend. I'll be by to visit, and see your amazing Fall projects.

Hugs,
Babs

Great new shade, and love the "old" acorn finial. '-)
You are way ahead of me on the fall decor, and now you are working on a wreath! I'll never catch up with you. Ha!

That is one pretty wreath! And it's something I need so bad, I made the ugliest wreath ever a few weeks ago and packed it away and I just don't want to pay $50.00 for one. Sigh. But I DO love that lampshade and the basket is gorgeous! Good job!

XO,
Jane

So pretty! I just love alabaster lamps and never even knew about them until they popped up on blogs. Of course, some of them are old as the hills. I'd really like to find one.

You basket with the fall greenery is so pretty. I will begin fall froo frooing tomorrow. It is a bit cooler here but still no fall in the air.
Have a great weekend, Ginger
