Here's a trayscape I did last month on one of those cold days when all I wanted to do was stay indoors.
I didn't post it then because it seemed really summery ... but, since I've been so lazy lately, I haven't anything else to show you.
It all started with the square honeycomb patterned planter I bought at that little gift shop where I bought the angel vine.
It's kind of hard to see the planter since it's under the plant and bee skep.
See what I mean? Well, I did put a nest in the tray, so maybe that classifies it as Spring?
And birds ...
Speaking of Spring and Summer...looking at our weather forecast, I think we've skipped Spring altogether, and gone straight to Summer. It's supposed to be in the 80s for the next two days.
I bought some plants today to put in the urns by the front door. Guess I'll do that tomorrow. I'll take some pics to show you when I get them planted.
Take care and have a great week.
Hugs,
Babs

Looks lovely. Reminds me of a bee skeep. I just bought some succulents for my screened porch.
Have a wonderful week!
What an adorable table! Those birds are too sweet and I love what you did with the bee skep!
Very pretty. I love all the natural elements and the buttery yellow.
Still snow on the ground here. So winter or spring. At least your pretty vignette cheered me up Babs.
I love this, Babs! I'm having a little fun making trayscapes, too...it's all in the details. Love your bee skep and the little birds. This is a nice sized tray.
We generally do not plant anything outdoors in the Midwest until after Mother's Day, and even then it's sometimes too cold. I'm really looking forward to seeing what you do!
XO,
Jane
Your tray scape is a lovely idea and offers a welcoming nod to spring. If only we could enjoy spring for a bit longer. Temps int eh 80s here too. '-)
All your details make me smile, Babs!
Looks very pretty. I am so anxious for spring to come. Thanks for inspiring. Karie
That's a gorgeous table scape. I love all the greens and yellows together with the nature elements you used. That birds nest and little bee skep and succulent inside it are perfect for the season! I'm enjoying the warmer weather. Good-bye cold weather!
Such a sweet vignette! Love your tray full of sweet things, especially those birds!
Would love for you to join AMAZE ME MONDAY!
Blessings,
Cindy
I love it, it's stunning!
Babs, This looks so beautiful. Love the bee skeep and the plants. The little next is the perfect touch.
Have a great week, Ginger
I love it Babs. The bee skep looks great on top of the planter, I'll take your 80 degrees since we have a bit of snow heading our way!
Babs,
An adorable trayscape, dear friend!!!
Nothing speaks Spring to me more than a blue, yellow and green color combination!!!
Amazing texture!
I adore your mustard hued birds!!!
Clever idea for your bee skep!!!
Have a wonderful week!
Fondly,
Pat
You've not been lazy, Babs. It's called "Living the Life of a Queen". Queens have many duties that are not seen or necessarily understood, but those duties are many and take up much time. So THAT'S how you explain this, OK? :-)
It's a beautiful tray for Spring or Summer! I could have used this today to lift my spirits. I've been in bed most of the day, hurting with these stupid shoulders. You KNOW it's bad when the painter comes in to make sure I'm not dead!!!
Have a great week!
Love this pretty spring vignette Babs. I really love this look and the bee skep is adorable. We are in the eighties here too. Feels more like summer that spring! Of course we’ll get storms when it turns this hot in April........

I love how you have been doing your tray displays, this one is fabulous too. I really like the bee skeep in the mix and all the pretty greenery. Beautiful, I may have to copy this. Thanks for joining Inspire Me Tuesday. Hugs, Marty
Very Springy looking....love anything with birds!! and your right what in the world happened to Spring...we went from winter to summer....or let me put it this way....we went from high heating bills to soon to be high air conditioning bills...I remember when we would have atleast a good four months with neither bills being high...no heat no air...what's happening??
Love this tablescape! It is so pretty! I love your style!! If you have some spare time I have a few tablescapes to check out at my blog. Happy Spring, Lori

This is so pretty. From the bee skep to the nest to the lovely napkins. I feel a bit in limbo myself. It's not spring here yet but winter seems to be over. Right now we are flooding! Wishing you a good weekend Babs, Ann
